The Customer Satisfaction for the Animal Assisted Therapy: Family Members’ Satisfaction Perceived Survey for the AAT.

Abstract

It is presented a customer satisfaction survey conducted within the experimental programs of Pet Therapy, by the Experimental Centre for Animal Assisted Activities and Therapies of the Territorial Unit Rehabilitation of Grottaglie, located in the Local Health Unit of Taranto. We propose a center’s operative protocol also interested to test the validity of the social AAT.
