Abstract

The ever-changing sociocultural contexts require modern health services to increasingly consider health as a value rooted in context. Designing and managing a care pathway aimed at a child or adolescent calls into question his or her family unit and often the school as well. In order to improve the quality of the intervention, from a health perspective, this inter-institutional work must be characterized by progressive participation of all stakeholders and increased accountability.


This paper focuses on a specific aspect of inter-institutional intervention, that of health certifications. They represent a common demand for contact between various institutions. The paper identifies three levels of progressive quality of care response, which improves in accordance with the increasing active participation of all stakeholders and with an increase in accountability
